Iām Bella, a certified personal trainer with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences & Human Performance.I found my passion for fitness and nutrition years ago, and it completely changed my life. Learning how to lift with intention and fuel my body properly helped me grow stronger both physically and mentally.I want to help other women do the same. My approach is all about building confidence through strength, creating sustainable habits, and making fitness enjoyable.
